Once again the famous celebrity gossip website TMZ has done it, when they obtained a video showing Muley Cyrus inhaling Salvia Herb from a bong.

Now most of you may not know what Salvia herb actually is…Salvia herb is a plant that cause hallucinogenic effects.

According to reports the video was shoot on Nov 23, 2010 shortly after Miley Cyrus turned 18, during a party at her home in LA where Salvia herb is legal.

In the video Miley Cyrus could be heard clearly saying, ‘OKAY I'm about to lose it now’, right after coughing and letting out a big laugh.
